Just a reminder, that our Annual Planning Meeting is
scheduled for Wednesday, April 21st at 7PM in our
Council Hall. Remember if you want to schedule an
event , YOU MUST ATTEND THIS MEETING. This
is a tremendous help, so we don’t have any conflicts
or overlap of events throughout the year. BE THERE
OR BE SQUARE IF YOU DEFINITELY NEED TO
SECURE A DATE AND TIME IN THE NEW
YEAR. If you are a chairperson for an upcoming
event you must attend or send someone to represent
