Each year Fr. Saylor Council awards a
minimum $500 scholarship to a Council
member’s son, daughter, grandson, or
granddaughter entering college or who is
already attending college. An application
must be completed and returned by June
30th along with a 500-word essay telling us something about
the applicant: i,e. what college they will attend, what they will
study in school, if they work part-time, have they participated
in any service projects, hobbies, and interests, etc. You can
obtain the application form from any bartender and return it to
them when it is done in an envelope
addressed to Scholarship Fund attn: Mark
Gaworecki.
There will be a 2-Man Scramble Golf
Fundraiser for this scholarship on Sunday
September 26th at Southgate Municipal
Golf Course. The cost is $65 per
