To celebrate the New Year, we will keep the cooking inside where it is warm and unleash the super powers of our
favorite cook, Tony Lalli. It will be an Italian-themed dinner but not the same old, same old pasta in red sauce that you
are accustomed to. This will be a Cacciatore! It is a Chicken fricassee that would make Marcella Hazan, the dean of
Italian cooking, blush. So you don’t think chicken is Italian? Well then come see for yourself and experience the
delectable dish! You will be pleasantly surprised! It is multo bene!!
Chicken Cacciatore with pasta and sauce, the best salad in Downriver with an Italian slant this time and warm Liberati’s
garlic bread.
