Spring 2022 Firekeepers Casino Trip
On Saturday, March 26,2022, Father Saylor will once again be holding our spring casino trip back to Firekeepers. As of this time the casino continues to accept only one bus at a time each half hour. What that means is one of our buses will leave at 9:00 am and the other bus will depart at 9:30 am. This may change before March 26, but we must adhere to the casino’s protocols.
This trip as in the past will benefit Fr. Saylor’s MI Program, which assists those who need our help the most. The buses will depart for Firekeepers at 9:00 am and 9:30 am on the 26th and return between 5:30 and 6:00 pm. We will be spending approximately 5 hours at the casino before departing for our trip home.
The casino will provide all players with $20.00 in free play and $5.00 to be used for dining or in the gift shop. If you
do not have a Player’s Card the casino at the time of check-in will provide one for you. There will be 50/50’s on the bus both going to and on the way back from the casino. As in the past there will be pizza and salad when we arrive back at the Council.
Another change is that we had to raise our price per person to $45.00.
This is our first price increase since we began this program some 10 years ago. So for $45.00 per person you are receiving $25.00 per person from Firekeepers. That makes your total cost a mere $20.00. This trip is limited to 108 people. The sign-up sheets are at the Member’s Lounge and we ask that payment be made at the time of sign up so we can have an accurate count at least one week prior to our trip. All checks shall be made out to Father Saylor Knights of Columbus and on the memo line Firekeepers Casino.
