Planning Meeting
Just a reminder that our Annual Planning Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday March 24th at 7PM in our Council hall. Remember if you want to schedule an
event on certain day or time YOU MUST ATTEND THIS MEETING. This helps our Council immensely, so we don’t have any conflicts or overlap of events
throughout the year. BE THERE OR BE SQUARE IF YOU DEFINITELY NEED TO SECURE A DATE AND TIME IN THE NEW YEAR. If you are a chairperson for an upcoming event you must attend or send someone to represent you at this meeting.
