Knight of the Month
for April, 2022

Joe Powers is April’s Knight of the
Month. Joe’s been a Knight at Fr.
Saylor for about 6 years, I remember
meeting him and his lovely wife of
37 years Karen, at our Anniversary
Dinner back then. Karen and Joe have three kids – Joe,
Aaron and Melissa and two grandsons Bryan and Rowan.
Joe is retired from GM where he started with assembly
and grew thru the skilled trades as a pipefitter and then
electrician. Skills that he applies almost daily as House
Chairman and working with the Building Association.
In addition Joe has been a Trustee, and Treasurer for the
Council and just last month accepted the nomination for
Recorder to replace Tony Johnson who moved out of
state. When you see him congratulate Joe for his
dedication to Father Saylor.
